1. Online: www.crisalis.co.uk The Crisalis Collectors Club's website is available for you to place orders 24/7. Our eCommerce capability will allow you to purchase the items that you want online with your credit/debit card. We also take Paypal payments.

2. Telephone: Call us on +44 (0)1254 351366 (Mon - Fri 9am-5pm). If calling outside office hours, please leave your name and number on our answer phone and we will call you back during business hours.

3. Fax: Request an order form, complete all the relevant sections correctly and fax your order to +44 (0)1254 351987.

- Please remember to write Confirmation on your order form if you have already telephoned us with your order.

- Paying by cheque - Orders will be processed after your cheque clears our bank account (this normally takes about 5 working days from receipt). Please make cheques payable to 'Crisalis Collectors Club Ltd'.
